If you’re new to Locomote, begin with these key steps:

✔ Install & Activate the Plugin

Download and install Locomote on your WordPress site just like any other plugin.

✔ Connect Your Website

Use the connect button in the Locomote Dashboard to get connected.

✔ Configure Your Preferences

Set:

  • Topics

  • Languages

  • Tones

  • Post status (Draft/Publish)

  • Posting schedule

✔ Start Automating

Use your AI Content Engine to:

  • Generate blog posts

  • Create SEO-friendly titles

  • Schedule automated publishing

  • Preview topics and content


2. Common Questions

⚙ Why am I getting a connection error?

Connection problems usually happen if:

  • The Application Password is invalid or revoked

  • Your site blocks external requests

  • SSL is misconfigured

  • Firewall rules are blocking access

Try reconnecting through your Dashboard → Connect Site.

Why is my content not generating?

Make sure:

  • You have set topics in Step 2

  • Your API connection is active

  • Your schedule includes at least one selected day

  • You have not exceeded limits on your plan


Why aren’t posts being published on schedule?

Check these:

  • Timezone in WordPress settings

  • Days of the week selected

  • Your publishing status is set to Publish

  • Make sure to click “Start Schedule” on the last step

Where is my data stored?

Locomote stores:

  • Preferences

  • Schedule

  • Topics

  • Recently generated posts

All sensitive data is encrypted.
Your actual blog posts stay only on your WordPress site.
