  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules

You are fully responsible for all content generated, published, or distributed through Locomote on your website.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using Locomote, you consent to:

  • The processing of topics, prompts, and metadata for AI generation

  • The use of secure third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI)

  • The logging of connection and usage information for functionality and support

We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

4. AI Content and Accuracy

Locomote uses artificial intelligence to generate content.
You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results

  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing

  • We are not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate or inappropriate AI output

AI outputs are provided “as-is” without warranties.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If you use paid features:

  • Payments are billed on a recurring basis

  • You agree to maintain a valid payment method

  • Renewals occur automatically unless canceled

  • You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Locomote for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraud, scams, malware, or hacking

  • Auto-generating junk/spam content

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive material

  • Misleading political content or impersonation

  • Violations of WordPress or hosting provider policies

We reserve the right to suspend any user who violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Locomote, its codebase, branding, website, and service architecture are owned by diffusal.io

You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

You retain ownership of all content generated or published through the plugin.

8. Updates & Availability

We may update the plugin or service at any time.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access

  • flawless performance

  • compatibility with every WordPress theme or hosting environment

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Locomote is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy of AI-generated content

  • compatibility or uptime

  • prevention of all errors, bugs, or issues

You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for losses related to content, SEO, revenue, reputation, or website issues

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (or $0 for free users)

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Abuse the service

  • Attempt to bypass security or licensing

  • Cause harm to the system, servers, or other users

You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the plugin.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
